The NW Highlands have herds of deer and ticks are a regular summer problem. We recommend discussing tick prevention medication for your dog at least 4 weeks before departure. It’s not suitable for every dog and a personal choice for owners, of course. We do also have tick removal implements in Reception but your vet will be able to supply these too.
