BookING a ROom

You can check availability for our 2025 and 2026 seasons and make online bookings for 1-14 nights by using the book online button. Rates for 2026 are listed here,

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm each online booking of a room.. If you would like to hold a room for 24 hours while making other plans, please contact us by phone or email. Please note, once a booking is confirmed, a request by a guest to change the rate, dates etc may be deemed a cancellation and charges may apply.

All rooms are offered with a cooked Highland breakfast included.

The 2025 Dinner Bed and Breakfast Multi-night rate is our current best value standard rate. In addition to B&B rates, this rate includes two 3 course dinners each night in The Glebe Restaurant from the full menu (worth £55 each, excluding supplements). There’s a minimum two-night stay for our Dinner Bed and Breakfast multi-night rate, it applies to the entire booking, is subject to availability, and must be selected at the time of booking.

In July and August, we have a last minute lower rate saving £30 per room on some overnight bookings.. These are automatically applied to our online booking service up to 72 hours before check in, and must be selected at the time of booking. This offer is for 2 people sharing a room and is subject to availability. Finally for October 2025, as our season comes to an end, the Overnight room rate has been reduced on our online system to £210 (same as the multi-night rate).

Please contact us before making a booking if any of the following apply:

  • Single occupancy. (Subject to availability)

  • bringing one or more dogs (strictly subject to availability)

  • prefer twin beds,

  • require ground floor only

  • prefer a bath with shower over

  • prefer adjacent rooms

  • have a voucher..

    Please note that for accommodation we welcome children over 12 years of age.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome providing their owners contact us directly to book into a dog friendly room. Each dog is charged at £15 per visit and we can accommodate a maximum of 2 medium size dogs per room.

Please do not rely on telling us after booking has been confirmed or arrive without booking you dog(s) in. We are a small hotel so our ability to change your assigned room is limited. In those circumstances, we may have to deem your booking as cancelled by guest with the usual costs and charges applying.

Groups

Our group/exclusive use rates apply to bookings of 5 rooms or more and are for a minimum of two nights. They are bespoke to your needs. Discuss these further by contacting us or telephoning on 01971 502 080.
