Work with us in 2027?
We expect to start recruiting again in late January for our April–October 2027 season and are happy to hear from hospitality professionals who may be interested in joining our small live-in team based in the furthest north west corner of the British mainland. We expect to have opportunities for chefs and general assistants (combined housekeeping and front of house roles).
Recruitment for live-out part-time roles would follow from March 2027.
Full job descriptions and terms will be published once our staffing plans are confirmed, but early expressions of interest are welcome by email.

Real Living Wage
Eddrachilles has been an accredited Living Wage Employer since 2018. Our pay rates for the 2027 season will meet or exceed the applicable Real Living Wage rate, and role-specific pay and terms will be set out in each vacancy.
