Our 2027 prices are shaped around guests who stay a little longer.
Most people come to Eddrachilles Hotel to slow down, enjoy good food in The Glebe Kitchen restaurant, and explore this quieter corner of the North West Highlands at an unhurried pace. Our pricing reflects that — offering good value for stays of two nights or more, and even better value for longer breaks.
Rooms are priced per night, with breakfast included. VAT is included at 20 per cent. Dinner remains optional on our Bed and Breakfast rate. The Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate, available for those sharing a room for two or more nights, offers particularly good value to guests who plan to dine with us each night during their stay.
Please note: the Dinner Bed and Breakfast package applies to the whole stay; no refund or credit is given for dinners you choose not to take.
Single-night stays (overnight rate) are available in April and October .
Overnight stays are also available at short notice during the season if availability allows. From May to September, however, our focus is on guests staying two nights or more.

Our best value is on Dinner, Bed & Breakfast stays of two nights or more.
This reflects the way Eddrachilles is designed to be enjoyed — with unhurried evenings, excellent food, and time to settle into the house and its setting.
These rates are not structured as a series of individual nightly components, but as a complete stay, and are not interchangeable on a night-by-night basis.

Important Information
Children under 12 year old
All guests for accommodation must be at least 12 years old. We do not have any family rooms or rooms suitable for additional beds.
Solo Occupancy - Contact Us to Book
We offer a discount for Bed and Breakfast single occupancy of our rooms. There are two price bands: 1-4 nights and 5+ nights. Availability is, however, restricted to a maximum of 2 of our 10 guest rooms on any night. This rate is only available by contacting the hotel directly and cannot be booked online.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly rooms. A charge of £20 per visit applies, and a maximum of two medium-sized dogs per room. Please contact us before booking if you’re bringing a dog so we can allocate you to an appropriate room.
Groups and Exclusive Use
For bookings of 5 rooms or more (minimum two-night stay), we offer tailored group / exclusive-use rates. Please contact us by phone or email for full details.

From May to September we focus on multi-night stays.
This allows guests time to settle in and enjoy the area properly, rather than treating Eddrachilles as a stop-over. Single-night stays remain available in April and October, and occasionally at short notice during the season. If you need a particular date in the main season, it is always worth contacting us directly as we may be able you to accommodate you.

No. Dinner has always been optional at Eddrachilles.
Many guests choose Dinner, Bed & Breakfast as it offers excellent value and allows them to relax fully in the evenings, but the choice is always yours.

No. The Dinner Bed and Breakfast rate applies to consecutive nights for the entire booking. If you wish to vary your dinner options then Bed and Breakfast rates may be the best choice for you.

Yes.
We deliberately offer lower average nightly rates for longer stays, with particularly good value for five nights or more.

Yes. Each night we offer 6 starters, 6 mains Plus a steak option, and 6 desserts. There are some changes each day and within the week we would expect two full changes. We also welcome suggestions from our long stay guests for their favourites to be repeated or introduced later in their holiday.

The four ground floor rooms (2 sea view and 2 courtyard view) are Superkng and cab be configured either twin or SuperK ing.
The six first floor rooms all Kingsize.
If you need a step free ground floor room please contact us directy before booking. We will allocated an appropriate room, if it is available. Likewise for Twin rooms.
Rewarding Early Bookings
2027 Prices may be subject to an increase. Book now to secure the best rates.
Book before 30 November 2026, and the prices for 2027 are guaranteed. However, food prices, employee costs etc are increasing faster than anticipated and we may need to adjust our pricing for 2027 in December.
When booking direct you pay a deposit of £100 in advance. This is refundable until a month before your check-in date, less a £10 Admin Fee.

Your booking guarantees your choice of room type, courtyard, cottage garden view or sea view. If you have other special requests, e.g., single occupancy, twin beds, ground-floor room, adjacent rooms, specific favourite room, vouchers, please contact us before booking.
