Accessibility

We want Eddrachilles to be as accessible and welcoming as possible. We are also honest that our building has constraints. Eddrachilles is a traditional west coast manse, built long before modern accessibility standards. Bedrooms tend to be cosy rather than spacious (typically around 16m²), and we do not yet have any fully compliant accessible bedrooms with wet rooms, hoists or visual alarm systems.

Within these limits, we aim to make reasonable adjustments wherever we can and to keep improving how we welcome guests with additional needs.

As an AA Quality Assured hotel, our approach follows the AA Hotel Quality Standards, including welcoming assistance dogs, asking about access needs at booking, and incorporating individual needs into our evacuation planning.
