Our drinks lists are refreshed each winter ahead of the new season. We focus on balance, quality and good value — wines chosen to complement our menus, small-batch Scottish spirits, local beers, and a thoughtful selection of alcohol-free and low-alcohol options for drivers and those who prefer lighter choices.

Wine List

Our wine list is designed to sit comfortably alongside The Glebe Kitchen’s relaxed-refined Highland cooking. Expect a mix of Old and New World wines, with a generous selection offered by the glass. We favour good value over volume, and every wine earns its place on the list.

Every bottle earns its place for flavour, value and food friendliness.

Whisky Menu

Our whisky shelves hold over sixty single malts, focusing on Highland and Island expressions, alongside select Speyside, Islay and occasional Campbeltown bottlings.

We serve whisky in the traditional 35 ml Highland measure, offered responsibly and with clarity so guests know exactly what they are receiving.

Bar List

Alongside our wines and whiskies, we offer Scottish gins, rum, vodka and classic liqueurs, together with local beers and a growing collection of alcohol-free and low-alcohol drinks for drivers and guests who prefer lighter choices.

A Note on Availability

As with all small Highland establishments, some bottles may change through the season as vintages move on or distilleries release new editions. We refresh our lists each Spring ahead of re-opening and maintain consistency throughout the operating season.
