Breakfast at Eddrachilles is designed to be generous, unhurried and quietly Highland — fresh ingredients, traditional cooking, and a calm start to the day for hotel guests and,those joining us with advance reservation.

Breakfast Hours & Booking

Breakfast is served from 7.45 am to 9.15 am when the hotel is open. Hotel guests may arrive at any time within these hours.

Non resident guests over 12 years old are welcome with a reservation which can be made up to a week in advance. These are subject to availability. Contact us

What to Expect

Expect a generous cold buffet — fresh fruit, cereals, granola, compote, yoghurts, juices, bread and toast, preserves.

Quality tea and coffees with hot chocolate and espresso based coffees available for a small charge.

Traditional cooked breakfasts, plant based choices, well-being options, and some international flavours all made to order..

Dietary Requirements

We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options as standard. Cooking from fresh ingredients our chefs are well placed to adapt dishes for dietary needs. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare, as some specialist ingredients may require advance ordering to our remote location.

Looking Ahead to 2026

For our 2026, we will introduce a new consolidated breakfast menu to replace our current three separate menus. This new format will include a wider range of choices while keeping guest favourites.
