Ownership & Stewardship

Eddrachilles Hotel has been independently owned and operated since 2016 by Richard Trevor and Fiona Campbell Trevor. Together they have guided the hotel through Brexit, the pandemic and the challenges of a remote Highland supply chain, maintaining high guest satisfaction, year-on-year reinvestment, and long-term stability.

Richard Trevor — Co-Owner

Richard leads operational oversight, strategic planning and financial management. His earlier career included senior international leadership roles in IT and public-sector transformation, culminating in serving as UK CEO for Hewlett Packard Services’ Public Sector division. His projects created hundreds of skilled jobs in Scotland, and he is a Global Scot.

Raised between Southern Africa and Highland Perthshire, and having grown up in a family guesthouse, he brings both global perspective and hands-on hospitality understanding to the business.

Fiona Campbell Trevor — Co-Owner

Fiona oversees guest experience, narrative and digital strategy, and the hotel’s extensive woodland gardens. Her background spans strategic communications roles in UK and Scottish politics, public affairs and business, supported by a History degree from the University of Glasgow. She also completed a year of Cordon Bleu chef training, aiding close collaboration with The Glebe Kitchen team.

Fiona’s stewardship focuses on heritage, community engagement, sustainable tourism and high-quality, place-led hospitality.
