Eddrachilles is a small, independent hotel. The people who cook your dinner, pour your dram and look after your room are at the heart of what we do, and they deserve to work free from harassment.

We ask every guest, diner and visitor to treat our team with the same courtesy we aim to show you. We do not accept:

• unwanted physical contact

• sexual comments, advances or suggestive behaviour

• abusive, threatening or intimidating language or conduct

• remarks about a person’s race, nationality, accent, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or gender identity

Our team may step away from any situation in which they feel uncomfortable, and a member of management will deal with it. Depending on the circumstances, we may refuse further service, ask a guest to leave the hotel or restaurant without refund, decline future bookings, or contact the police.

We hold our own team to the same standard. If anything about the way you have been treated during your stay falls short, please speak to Fiona or Richard, who will deal with it promptly and in confidence.

We are glad to say this is rarely needed. The vast majority of our guests are a pleasure to welcome, and we look forward to welcoming you.
