Our hotel restaurant, The Glebe Kitchen, has the exposed stone walls of the original kitchen, dairy and stalls. Our award winning Head Chef creates modern Scottish cuisine AA Rosette dining featuring locally-sourced venison, clever takes on classics, The menus that change in full at least twice weekly.
