The Glebe Kitchen

Restaurant room with stone wall, two tables by window. Two tables set simply,

The Glebe Kitchen is the in-house restaurant at Eddrachilles Hotel, set within the old stone rooms of the former Church of Scotland manse. Once the kitchen, dairy and stalls of the house, it is now a warm, characterful dining room where we serve seasonal Highland dinners from April to October. We welcome both our resident guests and guests from the wider parish — from Durness to Ullapool — who join us for the quiet pleasure of good food prepared with care.

Awarded to The Glebe Restaurant Head Chef Trevor Williams

The restaurant faces west towards the sheltered courtyard garden, its thick walls are infused with the memories and stories of people who lived and worked here since the 1800’s.

Many guests begin their evening in the sun lounge, which looks south across Badcall Bay, with a pre dinner drink . Thiey may also opt to return here for their desert course and coffee, watching the changing light and enjoying the warmth of the wood burning stove.
