Single malt Whiskies At Eddrachilles

Personally selected by Eddrachilles owner Fiona,, we stock around 65 single malts, including choices from Highland, Speyside, Islay and Lowland distilleries, and all keenly priced. Her current favourite is the 15 year old Balblair but she is happy to guide you in discovering your own new favourite.

As a Highland bar we use the traditional 35ml measure, rather more generous and, to our minds, appropriate than the UK 25ml measure.

Wines and Sparkling wines

We have very fortunate to have the support of de Burgh wine merchants (Edinburgh) in developing and managing our wine list. They have introduced us to many smaller independent vineyards in the New and Old Worlds, guiding our choices of still, sparkling and dessert wines to complement the flavours of our Highland larder. With an evolving dinner menu we do not offer wine flights, but we do have 15 wines from our cellar available by the glass. We make a “by the glass” recommendation for each mains dish on our menus but are happy to discuss alternatives including those sold by the bottle.

Scottish Artisan Spirits and Craft beers

Along with lovely Scottish gins, several crafted locally in the Northern Highlands, we also stock Scottish rum and vodka as well as the more ubiquitous branded spirits. We offer Walter Gregor tonic from Aberdeenshire as well as the Fever Tree collection.

Our small dispensing bar is carefully curated and managed. Based on the lower volumes sold, to maintain quality we do not stock beers on tap. Instead we have a wide selection of bottled beers and lagers from the North of Scotland.
