We understanding how frustrating and upsetting it can be to leave something behind. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have misplaced an item. We will only contact you proactively if we can identify the probable owner. If you are part of a group or booked through a third party, we will contact the organiser or agent.

We reserve the right to regard an item as abandoned if we have not heard from you within 7 days of departure. We will also clean and sanitise items before storage and while we will take reasonable care, we accept no liability for damage caused.

Returning your Property

Eddrachilles is remote and it’s difficult to collect missing property from the hotel. We can post the item (standard post) or you can arrange for a courier to collect. Please note, we cannot accept liability for any item in transit.

It’s usually best to have items sent to your home address. If you want it sent along your itinerary, use a location 3 days from date of posting

Most guests choose to refund the costs of returning an item, typically £8 per parcel

Insurance

We do not accept any liability for your personal possessions and we would encourage all guests to consider travel insurance, and to list expensive items such as cameras and jewellery with your insurer . We do not provide any safe facility for storage of guest items.

It is also worth checking any household possessions insurance which you may have. Some offer cover for items while in your care at a temporary location.
